We are seeking a Marriage and Youth Development Coach to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a coach, you will work closely with married couples to provide guidance and support in their roles as flex houseparents. This involves providing a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving and administering medication, and reporting incidents.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. They must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and adhere to the school's policies, including a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
