As flex houseparents, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for creating a safe and supportive living environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of our students.
We are seeking couples who can demonstrate a high degree of integrity, possess excellent communication skills, and are able to work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.
Your role will involve providing guidance and support to students during times of need, while also encouraging independence and self-reliance. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all school policies and procedures.
