What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Advocates position at Milton Hershey School?
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a married couple who share our passion for education and youth development. You should have experience working with children, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable with the idea of residing in a shared living space with your spouse and multiple students. You will also need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid driver's license.
Flexibility is key in this role, as you will be required to work a schedule that includes days on and days off. You will also be expected to participate in paid training and attend regular meetings with our staff.
