Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to serve as Flex House Parents. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in guiding and nurturing students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Your responsibilities will include providing a supportive family-like environment, managing household duties, and ensuring the well-being of our students.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, which totals approximately $150,000 per couple when considering free housing, meals, utilities, and more. We also provide relocation assistance and paid training. Our schedule includes nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including a period of personal time while students are at school.Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.Salary : $43,825
