Job Description:
As a House Parent, you and your spouse will be responsible for creating a supportive family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students. This includes providing nurturing care and guidance, managing household responsibilities, and participating in daily devotions. You will also have the opportunity to participate in educational programs and activities that promote the well-being and success of our students. Responsibilities:
• Create a supportive family-like environment for students
• Provide nurturing care and guidance to students
• Manage household responsibilities, including budgeting and student transportation
• Participate in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
• Demonstrate high integrity and serve as a positive role model for students
Requirements:
• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• Must be a married couple with both spouses taking on responsibilities
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
