What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Careers in Student Support position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as residential youth care professionals. In this role, you and your spouse will provide a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
You will live on-campus, guiding and mentoring approximately 8-12 students while managing household responsibilities. A key aspect of this role is providing a consistent family-like structure for students, including handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
While initially hired, you and your spouse will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. This is a two-person job that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses.
