As part of the Milton Hershey School team, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of disadvantaged youth. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and serve as role models for a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include managing daily living activities, ensuring a nurturing environment, and guiding students through various aspects of their lives.
