Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a safe, supportive, and inclusive living environment for students
* Guide and mentor students in their daily activities, including homework, meals, and leisure time
* Collaborate with other caregivers and school staff to ensure seamless communication and care
* Manage household responsibilities, including cleaning, cooking, and laundry
* Administer medication and perform other essential care tasks as needed
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and community partners
Requirements:
* Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
* Must be a legally married couple, both aged 27 or older
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in education, social work, or related field preferred
* Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physical demands of the role
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated commitment to integrity, teamwork, and customer service
