Empowering Disadvantaged Youth through Education and Family Support
Milton Hershey School is dedicated to empowering disadvantaged youth through education and family support, and we are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents.
As Residential Youth Caregivers, couples will provide a nurturing environment for students, guiding and supporting them in their personal growth and development.
Flex houseparents will also participate in daily devotions and chapel services, helping students develop their spiritual lives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and a commitment to serving disadvantaged youth.
