This is a unique career opportunity that requires commitment, integrity, and prior experience working with youth. You and your spouse must be comfortable living on campus with students and providing a family-like structure. You will also be responsible for guiding students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You should be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. You must also demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to chapel services.
