About the Role
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for a group of 8-12 students. This includes providing guidance, support, and supervision to help the students develop important life skills and values.
You will work closely with your spouse to ensure that the students receive the best possible care and support. This is a challenging but rewarding role that requires a significant amount of time and effort from both spouses.
Responsibilities
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment for the students
- Providing guidance and support to help the students develop important life skills and values
- Supervising the students and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Working closely with other staff members to ensure the students receive the best possible care and support
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services

The salary for this position is $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple.
