Milton Hershey School is an exceptional private school that provides a career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Our fully endowed school ensures that both students and staff have everything they need to thrive.
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students, guiding and supporting them in their academic and personal development. This role includes creating a family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more.
About the Benefits:
We offer a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Work Schedule:
Our work schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also enjoy a three-week paid summer vacation.
