Milton Hershey School is one of the world's best private schools, offering students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds a unique education experience. We are seeking married couples to join our team as Flex Houseparents, providing a supportive family environment for students.
This role involves guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities, and managing a structured environment. Couples will receive an exceptional compensation package, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
We require experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, be willing to relocate to Hershey, PA, and have valid driver's licenses to become certified to drive student home vans.
