What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Home Educators position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for married couples to become Houseparents, Full-Time and provide a family-like environment for our students. As Houseparents, you will provide nurturing support and guidance to students while managing daily responsibilities and maintaining a positive living atmosphere.

The ideal candidate couple has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We offer a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more) along with comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; retirement savings.
