Compensation Package
The total compensation package for this role is approximately $150,000 per couple, including a salary of $43,825 per person. This package also includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Responsibilities
As houseparents, you will reside in on-campus homes and nurture and guide 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include creating a family-like environment, handling various duties such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- High school diploma or GED required
