As a married couple, you will reside on-campus and guide a group of students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
We offer a generous compensation package, including a salary of $43,825 per person, plus comprehensive benefits. Relocation assistance and paid training are also provided.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and a high school diploma or GED. Both spouses must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
We value couples who demonstrate a high degree of integrity and can lift up to 50 lbs. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home, and pets are subject to certain limitations.
