We are hiring married couples to become Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and guiding a group of students. The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.

As a Flex Houseparent, you will work collaboratively with your spouse to create a consistent family-like structure for students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
