What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Household Leaders position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Household Leaders at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will provide a consistent family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students in an on-campus home. As a Household Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring a nurturing environment, and providing guidance and support to your students. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as student development, conflict resolution, and leadership.
As a Household Leader, you will have the chance to work closely with other staff members to create a supportive community for your students. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in areas such as budgeting, reporting, and student development. Job Requirements
To be eligible for this position, you must be a married couple who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required. High school diploma or GED is required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
