Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to lead a family-like environment for our students. As a household manager, you will provide daily care and support to your assigned group of 8-12 students.
The role requires a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration. You will work closely with other household managers to ensure seamless communication and a positive living environment for students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a family-like environment for students
- Develop and implement daily routines and activities

Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
