Key Responsibilities
Provide a nurturing and structured environment for students
Handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
Reside in on-campus student homes with a group of approximately 8-12 students
Guide and nurture students to achieve their full potential
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for students
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a generous salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. You will enjoy a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with three-week paid summer vacation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must be married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
