Career-Focused Education and Family Guidance: Milton Hershey School seeks a married couple to become flex houseparents, serving as role models for our students. As a Youth Development Specialist, you will provide guidance and support to a group of approximately 8-12 students, fostering a family-like environment while promoting their overall development.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older and hold a valid driver's license. Ability to become certified to drive student home vans is also required.
