• Provide daily care and guidance to students, promoting their physical, emotional, and academic development.
• Develop and maintain a positive, family-like atmosphere within the student home.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and support.

Salary and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and a three-week paid summer vacation. You will also enjoy a flexible schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
