Key Responsibilities
As a married couple houseparent, your key responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling daily chores, driving, administering medication, and budgeting. You will also be responsible for reporting and taking care of various other duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years. You should also have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive our student home vans. Additionally, both spouses must complete an individual employment application and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for our students.
