Salary and Benefits
Couples in this role will receive a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple) which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more. Additionally, they will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability options, and retirement savings.
The school also provides relocation assistance and paid training, along with a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, allowing for personal time during school hours and a three-week paid summer vacation.
