Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to join our team as Houseparents, providing a family-like structure and support to students in need. This unique role offers a competitive compensation package, including salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
About the Role
The successful candidate will reside on-campus with their spouse, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Responsibilities include providing daily care, managing household tasks, and leading students in daily devotions and chapel services. A valid driver's license and ability to drive student home vans are required. Both spouses must be comfortable leading by example and demonstrating high integrity as role models for students.

Requirements
