Responsibilities
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for managing a household of 8-12 students, providing guidance and support, and working closely with your spouse to create a consistent and loving environment.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
