About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a married couple to join our team as houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a houseparent couple, you will live on-campus and guide a group of students in a family-like environment. This role requires a high degree of integrity, patience, and flexibility.
We are looking for couples who have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and facilitating daily activities for students.
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a salary of $43,825 per person (totaling approximately $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance.
