What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Houseparents Wanted position at Milton Hershey School?
At Milton Hershey School, we offer a unique career path for married couples who want to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged students. As a flex houseparent, you will live on-campus and work alongside your spouse to provide a supportive and caring environment for approximately 8-12 students.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily tasks, driving, and administering medication. You will also have the opportunity to participate in chapel services and lead students in daily devotions. Our generous compensation package includes housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits.
We are looking for couples who have a passion for working with youth and possess the necessary skills and qualifications. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and high school diploma or GED are also required.
