Milton Hershey School provides an exceptional career-focused education for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Married couples are sought to become flex houseparents, living on-campus and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students.
About the Role
Couples will provide a family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting. They will also engage in students' education and participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
