What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Housing Providers position at Milton Hershey School?
We are looking for married couples who can provide guidance and support to our students as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a member of our team, you will reside in on-campus student homes and be responsible for a group of approximately 8-12 students each.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. They should be able to demonstrate integrity, lead students in daily devotions, and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. High school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our unique schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
