We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, living in one of our student homes and guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of our students.
Responsibilities
- Provide a stable and supportive family environment for students
- Manage household expenses and budgets
- Participate in student activities and events
- Lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Administer medication and handle related tasks

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
