About the Role
- As houseparents, you will work closely with our staff to ensure the well-being and success of our students
- You will live in on-campus student homes and provide a stable family environment for groups of 8-12 students
Compensation and Benefits
- Total compensation package of $150,000 per couple
- Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
- Schedule of nine days on followed by three days off
- Three-week paid summer vacation
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
Salary : $150,000
