Job Description
As a Youth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students in a family-like setting. You will work closely with your spouse to provide a consistent and supportive environment for the students.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license
- Couples must be comfortable leading daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
