The Role of a Flex Houseparent
As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, providing a consistent family-like structure and handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
You will also be expected to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
