Family guidance coordinators will be responsible for guiding students in daily life, managing household responsibilities, and working together as a team to create a family-like structure. They will also be expected to provide support and guidance to students in their academic and personal development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Additionally, couples must have a valid driver's license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
