Role Overview
We're seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, living on-campus and guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students. Flex houseparents handle various responsibilities, including driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. They create a consistent family-like structure for students and work closely with other staff members to provide comprehensive care and guidance.
What We Offer

Our team enjoys a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. Requirements and Qualifications
Candidates must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be legally married for at least two years, and both should be age 27 or older. No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Valid driver's licenses are required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application. A high school diploma or GED is also necessary. Candidates must demonstrate integrity, flexibility, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
