Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for providing a family-like structure for our students. This includes driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and handling other responsibilities related to student care.
You will work closely with your spouse as a flex houseparent, covering different student homes before being assigned to one specific home. Our ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and meet all qualifications listed below.
