Flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide a nurturing family-like environment for students. Married couples live on-campus, guiding and supporting students while managing daily responsibilities and activities. This role requires a commitment to student development and offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Couples will be responsible for creating a safe and welcoming home environment for students, managing household duties, and ensuring students' physical and emotional needs are met. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with teachers and other staff members to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.
Benefits
Couples can expect a salary of $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approximately $150,000 per couple.
