What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Opportunity position at Milton Hershey School?
Couples are sought after to become flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students. Providing a consistent family-like structure for students is essential.
Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
The successful candidate will have a high degree of integrity as they will be role models for students. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
