Milton Hershey School is a leading educational institution that provides an exceptional learning experience for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are currently seeking married couples to become flex houseparents and join our dedicated team of professionals.
Job Overview:
As a flex houseparent, you will live in an on-campus student home with your spouse and provide a nurturing and supportive environment for students in pre-K through 12th grade. You will also be responsible for guiding and developing students, driving, and administering medication as needed.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Providing daily care and support to students
- Residing in on-campus student homes with your spouse
- Guiding a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Meeting qualifications for this role, including experience working with youth, a valid driver's license, and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
