Job Description
Milton Hershey School is seeking a married couple to become flex houseparents. As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students.
Responsibilities include managing household duties, driving, and administering medication. You will also provide a consistent family-like structure for students and handle responsibilities such as budgeting, reporting, and time management.
