We are seeking Married Couple Residence Advisors to join our team at Milton Hershey School. As a Residence Advisor, you and your spouse will reside in an on-campus student home and provide guidance and support to 8-12 students.
About the Role
The Residence Advisor will be responsible for providing a nurturing environment for students, guiding and supporting them in their personal growth, and managing household responsibilities and daily tasks.

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
