Our Team
We are seeking dedicated couples to join our team as houseparents, providing a loving and supportive environment for students in our on-campus homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside in an on-campus student home with approximately 8-12 students
- Provide guidance, support, and daily devotions to students
- Manage household responsibilities, including driving, medication administration, budgeting, and reporting
Requirements
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been legally married for at least two years
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and pass a background check

- Total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, including free housing, meals, utilities, and more
