We are seeking married couples to serve as house parents, providing a nurturing environment for students in on-campus homes. Couples will offer guidance, handle logistics like medication and budgeting, and create a family-like atmosphere. They will be responsible for driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading daily devotions. Couples must be comfortable taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, couples should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and limit pets to fish and one dog of approved breeds.
