Milton Hershey School is searching for married couples to become Residential Advisors. In this role, you will work closely with students, staff, and your spouse to create a safe and supportive living environment.

Our residential program provides a unique opportunity for students from disadvantaged backgrounds to thrive. We offer a career-focused education, housing, meals, and more – all costs covered. Our Residential Advisors play a critical role in helping our students succeed.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and inclusive living environment for students
- Support students' academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with staff to address students' needs
- Develop relationships with students and their families
What We Offer:

- Flexible scheduling with nine days on followed by three days off
- Three-week paid summer vacation
Requirements:
- Experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Two years of marriage required
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
