What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Residential Coordinators position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School seeks married couples to become Flex Houseparents. These couples will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They will provide a consistent family-like structure and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.
About the Role
This unique position requires a commitment to the students' development and a structured living arrangement. Couples will work together as a team to provide guidance and support to the students.
The successful candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
