What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Residential Program Director position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking a married couple to join our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School. As a flex houseparent, you will reside on-campus and guide approximately 8-12 students in a family-like structure, providing a consistent and nurturing environment.
You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. After covering different student homes, you will be assigned to one specific home.
