This role involves providing a family-like environment for students, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. The successful candidates will manage responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and daily care.

About the Role:
This is a two-person job that requires couples who have been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings, is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Providing a stable and loving home environment for students
- Guiding and mentoring students in their academic and personal development
- Managing the daily needs of students, including transportation and medication administration
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to ensure students' overall well-being
