What are the responsibilities and job description for the Married Couple Student Advocate position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to join our team as houseparent couples, providing a supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As part of our team, you will reside in on-campus homes, serving as flex houseparents and guiding students in their daily lives.
Responsibilities include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and leading students in daily devotions. You will also take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services, promoting their spiritual growth and development.
To succeed in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and they must have been legally married for at least two years. Additionally, they should have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home.
