About the Job
We are seeking married couples to join our team as Houseparents, responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of 8-12 students residing in on-campus student homes. As Houseparents, you will create a family-like environment, manage household tasks, and ensure the well-being of our students.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily routines and activities that promote student engagement and learning.
- Manage household tasks, including meal planning, cleaning, and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe living space for students.
- Provide individualized support and guidance to students, addressing their academic, personal, and emotional needs.
- Collaborate with other Houseparents and school staff to ensure seamless care and support for students.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure open lines of communication.
Requirements
- Be a married couple with at least two years of marriage experience.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 27 years old.
- Have valid driver's licenses and be able to drive student home vans.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and commitment to providing excellent care and support to students.
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive salary package of $43,825 per person (approximately $150,000 per couple).

- Relocation assistance and paid training provided.
- A schedule of nine days on followed by three days off.
- Three-week paid summer vacation.
